Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Masotech eStaffing Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates the Women Return to Work website and service (the "Service"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information. By using the Service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to this Policy. Last updated: 8 August 2026.

Who We Are

The Service is operated by Masotech eStaffing Private Limited, India. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@womenreturntowork.com.

Information You Give Us

When you complete an enquiry or restart form you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, your career situation and target field, your readiness to start, any message, your LinkedIn profile link if you share it, and any resume/CV you upload. Providing this is voluntary, but some of it is needed for us to help you.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service we automatically collect technical data, your IP address, the approximate city-level location derived from it, device and browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, through server logs and, where you consent, cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to your enquiry and provide our career-restart and placement services; prepare your resume and profile and represent you to employers; contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your enquiry and our services where you have agreed; measure and improve the Service; run and measure advertising campaigns; and comply with our legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Marketing and Advertising

Where you have given your separate, specific consent, we use your information for marketing, including sending you information about our programs and services, building and measuring advertising audiences, and showing you relevant adverts on and off our site. Marketing consent is optional and separate from your enquiry; you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using any unsubscribe link, without affecting the help we give you.

Sharing With Affiliates and Partners

With your consent, we share your information with our affiliated companies and carefully selected partners, including recruitment, training and placement partners, and employers, so they can present opportunities relevant to you and so we can market our services. We require these parties to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we permit. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing.

Advertising Platforms

We advertise on and use measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and LinkedIn. Where you consent, these platforms may set cookies or receive hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) so we can measure campaign results and reach similar audiences. These platforms act as independent or joint controllers for that processing under their own privacy policies. You can control this through our cookie banner and through each platform's own ad settings.

Service Providers

We use trusted service providers to run the Service, for hosting and content delivery, email delivery, customer-relationship management, analytics and communication tools. They process your information only on our instructions and under contract.

Legal Bases

Where GDPR, the UK GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: your consent (for marketing, advertising cookies and sharing with partners); the performance of a contract or steps you request (to provide the service you asked for); and our legitimate interests (to operate, secure and improve the Service), balanced against your rights.

International Transfers

We operate across countries including India, the USA, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and the Gulf. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Service and pursue opportunities for you, and thereafter only as long as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Resume files sent to us by email are retained by us only as long as needed to represent you.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, India under the DPDP Act, and US states such as California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict your information, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information and of targeted advertising. To exercise any right, contact hello@womenreturntowork.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Service is for adults seeking to return to work and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through unsecured channels.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date, and where required we will ask for your consent again.
